Job Description:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment agency and financial services consultancy. This is a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world while collaborating closely with our UK-based team. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, communication, and coordination efforts that are essential to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

    Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and handling enquiries.

  • Client Coordination:

    Liaise with clients and candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication to ensure smooth processes.

  • Document Management:

    Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.

  • Data Entry & Management:

    Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and ensure accurate records of client and candidate interactions.

  • Social Media & Website Management:

    Help with content updates, social media scheduling, and basic website management to support our online presence.

  • Research:

    Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and assist with report generation to support business decisions.

  • Compliance Support:

    Provide administrative assistance in tracking and maintaining regulatory compliance documents, contracts, and agreements.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and fluency in English.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and/or financial services is an advantage.

  • Tech-savvy: Proficient with MS Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
